Chef Matty Boudreau brings decades of professional kitchen experience to an ingredient-driven style of cooking that is seasonal, creative and refreshingly unfussy. Splitting his time between Spain and the United States, his cooking is shaped by years spent in New England and New York, along with the flavors, traditions and markets of Madrid, Valencia and the Mediterranean.

Fresh seafood, exceptional meats, local produce, live-fire cooking and bold, uncomplicated flavors are at the heart of his menus. His approach balances refined technique and thoughtful presentation with food that still feels generous, approachable and meant to be enjoyed.

But great food is only part of the experience. Matty believes hospitality should feel warm, personal and natural.
